Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid – 2 days in office – Wild Wednesdays & another day)

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

As we continue our rapid growth through 2026 and beyond, we’re looking for a Lead / Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our Microsoft Enterprise team.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on consulting role where you’ll work across the full project lifecycle — from pre-sales and solution design through delivery, go-live and ongoing support.

You’ll design and implement solutions across:

  • Dynamics 365 Sales
  • Customer Service & Contact Centre
  • Field Service
  • Customer Insights – Journeys
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataflows)

You’ll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Delivery Managers, and our AI & Innovation team, contributing to some genuinely exciting innovation initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading client workshops and translating business needs into functional designs
  • Supporting pre-sales through demos, solution positioning and high-level requirements
  • Delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations
  • Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Designing Power Platform solutions that deliver real business outcomes
  • Supporting UAT, training and post-go-live activities
  • Working in Agile / Iterative delivery environments using Azure DevOps
  • Providing high-quality support to Managed Services customers via JIRA Service Desk

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience or 10+ Dynamics 365 CE implementations (we’re also open to high-potential consultants ready to step up)
  • Strong expertise in Customer Insights – Journeys, Field Service, Customer Service, Contact Centre or Sales
  • Solid pre-sales capability with the ability to articulate solution value
  • Hands-on experience with the Power Platform
  • Excellent business analysis and process design skills
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, XRM Toolbox, Visual Studio
  • Knowledge of Copilot and AI capabilities across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365
  • Relevant Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications (highly desirable)
